ORIGINAL pair of 1970's Converse Chuck Taylor Blue Label White Hi Trainers!! Trainers are designed the same as the typical Chucks but have additional weight added for training. These have never been worn and are in fantastic shape!! EVERYTHING included: shoes, laces, box, even the tissue paper! The shoes were a special order for our NBA basketball team, The Cincinnati Royals. My family was on the poor side, to be honest. I wore out every single pair (EXCEPT ONE) and they are surely in a landfill since the 70's. The only reason these survived is because they were too small for me. I felt my daughter's college tuition payments could use a financial injection! I honestly believe this is the FINEST and RAREST example of Converse All Star Trainers! The FINEST and RAREST example of Converse All Star Trainers I have EVER seen! Once in a lifetime opportunity to own the BEST!
Shoes have very minor flaws from age, and the box is actually in really good shape for its age but these shoes are quite a find! Take a close look at the photos! The sole on all 12 pair that I owned had the same deeper cut into the pattern at the "balls of the feet".
I tried to weigh my size 11 Converse All Star Trainers vs. A 1984 size 12 1/2 regular Converse All Star on an old kitchen scale (my wife said the scale sucks) just to see... My size 11 Trainer weighed 805g vs.The size 12 1/2 regular All Star at 521g.
